I was replacing my shower massage and couldn't get the last piece of the shower arm. I was afraid I would break the pipe if I kept trying to loosen the remaining piece. Asked my cousin to help and he suggested I call Izzy. I called late yesterday afternoon and scheduled a technician for this morning. He took care of the problem quickly and neatly. However, between when I scheduled the appointment and when he arrived, I remembered three other "little" plumbing problems I needed someone to look at. I told him I understood if he couldn't look at them today, but he checked out all three. I know he spent far more time with me than he had planned. He explained what I needed for each of the "little" problems and gave me a ball park estimate for each. I am very pleased with the service Izzy's provided. The technician was courteous, helpful, and did a great job. He looked at the other plumbing issues I have and did a thorough job of diagnosing and explaining the problems and my options. I know I will be calling Izzy's back very soon.

I previously had another company come in to repair a leaking toilet and quoted me over $500, tried to sell me all kinds of things and even suggested I replace the whole toilet. Izzy plumbing and heating and air conditioning there's so much good to say about this guy and his crew. So I'll start with experience their experienced crew worked hard to get my new AC unit installed when the temperature was into the 90s! It was completed quickly efficiently and they were out the door before I got home from work. Not only did they install the unit....they also baby sat my (dog) Tyler !!! I highly recommend Izzy's for all plumbing problems also....thx for always answering my desperate calls with quick responses! Besides Izzy being the awesome guy he is, his prices are actually doable for seniors!
